Die Appartments haben alle ein eigenes Badezimmer, sind möbiliert, haben W-Lan und TV Anschluss.
Vier Appartments haben einen separaten Hauseingang, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und einen Wäscheraum.

There are total 12 appartements in our house for students with a great community garden.
It is located 5 minutes from the "Fachhochschule" away and there is a bus stop right outside the door.
All appartements are completely renovated.
